Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

This thing ROCKS. I love it, the battery lasts a very long time. the patches stick very well and are reusable . there are plastic slide like discs to store the patches or electrodes on. fantastic deal. I recommend!

Received and already used. Has Manual in several languages. It does not have in Portuguese, but it has in Spanish, however through google translator eh easy to read in any language. Eh of easy use. The bag that comes, it is very small, I believe that it is only for the "machine" of command. I improvised with another case here. As I only used it once, I cannot give my opinion on the durability, but I really liked the effect and I intend to use it a lot, as I have tendinitis in the Achilles heel. Any recurrence, I come back here and report. The delivery was very fast!
